What is corporate housing?
"Corporate housing" describes beautifully furnished apartments, ideal for relocating executives or anyone in need of extended stay accommodations. D.M. Broughton & Associates holds leases on premium residential apartments; we fully furnish them with all the necessities, and then offer the apartments to our guests.

Who is eligible for an apartment?
Anyone, whether you are transferring to another area due to work or just taking a vacation and need more options for less expense than you'll find in a hotel room.

How much is an apartment?
Pricing varies from city to city. An example of pricing in Lynchburg, VA is $60 a night for a 2 bedroom apartment. This price includes furniture, furnishings, and utilities. Please review our Rates page for detailed information.

How long do I have to stay?
There is no minimum stay required if we have something available for you. We welcome daily, weekly and extended stays, but specialize in rentals for longer than 30 days.

Do I have to sign a lease?
No, there is no lease required. However, you can choose to sign a contract with us if you know you will be staying long-term. We offer a lower rate to those who stay with us for a longer term.

Yes. Most companies get more than one apartment for their clients, employees, co-ops, etc., while most individuals do not need more than one apartment. However, if the need should arise, we can accommodate you with any number of apartments.

Can I get an apartment in another location?
Yes. Should you decide to use us for your relocation, we are happy to offer our services wherever you may prefer. We can go to any city and any apartment complex of your choice.
